A busy spa pool is a “high-disturbance” environment: high bather loads, frequent cover removal, and rapid temperature/chemistry swings. The site needed the spa to stay consistently comfortable and safe, without staff constantly checking the plant or chasing issues after the fact. The main risks were temperature drift, inconsistent operation (jets/blowers/heating), and faults going unnoticed outside staffed hours - any of which can impact the guest experience immediately.

We implemented a Loxone-powered control and monitoring layer tailored specifically to spa operation, focusing on stability, usability, and fast issue detection.
