Smart office in the heart of Vipiteno's old town

The real estate agency Siller is located in an old building in the middle of the beautiful city of Vipiteno in South Tyrol. The well-known company intends to refurbish the offices and, in the course of this, to bring them up to date with the latest technology.

The lighting, heating and door opening should be controlled as intelligently as possible. The focus is on the one hand on a contemporary appearance of the rooms, on the other hand on a pleasant ambience for customers and employees.

The new lighting fixtures are now switched using presence detectors, so buttons could be largely eliminated. All rooms can be heated individually using individual room controls.

During office hours, the front door is automatically open to visitors; outside of these hours, it can be conveniently operated from reception.

The customer will find a special highlight in the reception furniture: the company logo behind the Corian front is subtly backlit in a gentle color change.

The real estate company now has new, modern rooms that, thanks to intelligent automation, make a significant contribution to the comfort of customers and employees.
