Smart home with lots of comfort

The customer is a self-confessed fan of technology with all its advances and developments. In his rented apartment, he had already automated a number of lighting-related components on his own. With the purchase of the attic apartment in Heimberg, it was clear that the home should be an intelligent home.

The apartment was equipped with all the components that a smart home system offers. Basically, everything works automatically, but the Loxone button remains the most important control element. A special highlight for the customer was the "home away" function. With this, the entire apartment is put into sleep mode with a triple click. The lights go out, the music is turned off and standby devices are unplugged.



The lighting was realized using RGBW spots as well as pendant and ceiling lights. The intelligent lighting control switches on and off automatically via presence detectors and ensures the right atmosphere in the whole apartment at the right time. Different lamps, light intensities and colors are combined to create individual lighting moods.



The smart heating control ensures the optimum climate. Loxone determines the exact heating requirement and knows exactly when the underfloor heating needs to heat up. In this way, the ideal temperature prevails in the room at exactly the right time.



The Loxone weather station is installed on the spacious outdoor area. This protects the smart home from meteorological events by precisely recording the weather and the local weather forecast.
