Smart renovated residence

A luxury apartment in Prague underwent an extensive renovation, during which two apartment units were connected. The apartment occupies one entire floor in an apartment building. Throughout the reconstruction, the owner emphasized the quality of all work, details and the choice of materials. After several meetings and specification of requirements and possibilities, it became clear that the investor would bet on the comprehensive deployment of the Loxone system.

Miniserver thus became the brain of the entire apartment. He takes care of practically all technologies. There are 4 iPad tablets in the apartment. Dozens of lights are installed in the space and most of them are automatically controlled by Loxone. The system also included heating control. Due to the gas fireplaces in the living room, the CO2 level in the room is constantly monitored to ensure maximum safety. It controls itself shielded, that is, if the residents do not want to intervene manually and adjust it exceptionally. A security system and even control of sauna modes, including colored LED lighting, are also integrated into the smart home.
