Challenge
Originally a two-generation, 15-year-old house in Prague 9, the new owner decided to significantly remodel it according to his own preferences. With the help of the architect, the building was enlarged, the interior was completely changed and the electrical installation was redesigned to be intelligent with the use of Loxone.
Solution
Technologies in the house are completely unified and automated by the Loxone system. The benefit of this solution is the elimination of dozens of manual routine tasks per day and it is awesome that the technology blends in with the interior design of the building. Everything can be controlled with the Loxone Touch button or from a mobile in the App. Plus, the Loxone system has been wired and prepared for the connection of the pool technology control.
Some of our favourite features include the semi-automatic turning on and off of lights in the house, including the ability to adjust the intensity of the lighting. LED tape backlight with different intensities and colours depending on the time of day or programmed mood. Furthermore, mood settings for lighting, music control and blinds from one switch. Integrated camera system in the app, heating and air conditioning. The garden irrigation controlled from Loxone works nicely. Access to the building via fingerprint is practical. You quickly get used to opening the gate and garage from your mobile phone when you are 100m from the building. The whole family got used to it very quickly.
