Smart Office 'Träumeland'

Anyone who makes it their business to give babies all over the world a healthy night's sleep can expect a lot from their working environment. With 100 employees and an area of around 3450m2, it happens all too quickly that open doors or windows are simply forgotten. In the course of an extension, the leading manufacturer of baby mattresses "Träumeland" was able to meet these requirements with a Smart Office. Above all, the energy consumption of the building was to be kept in view at all times. In addition to lighting and shading, several other helpful functions were implemented with Loxone.

Throughout the building, electricity consumption is recorded in order to successfully exploit energy-saving potential. For example, the lighting is activated as soon as the brightness in the room drops below a certain value. With one click in the Loxone app on the function 'Last employee', all lights are switched off and everything superfluous is taken off the power. In the app, a virtual control tour can also be used to check whether every window and door is closed. The indirectly attached LED strips that run through the entire building are a real eye-catcher. The NFC Key Fob is also used to charge for drinks and meals.
