Challenge
Together with our client, the challenge was to equip a new commercial building with a 360° solution, which could also serve as a representative reference for the areas of security, energy efficiency and comfort.
Solution
This was successfully achieved with the below functionality being automated by Loxone.
Security:
- A uniform access solution
- User-defined access rights to selected rooms (accounting, tool room, etc.)
- Alarm-protected building
- Alarm signals via various speakers throughout the building
Energy efficiency/energy management:
- Wallbox energy management – excess charging coordinated via PV system
- Monitoring of all consumption
- Individual room temperature control in combination with an intelligently controlled shading system
Comfort:
- Brightness-controlled workplace lighting
- Decentralized ventilation system for perfect air quality
- Music playback via various speakers throughout the building
- Shading systems controlled using the Weather Station and its data in combination with individual room temperature control
