For the investor, a simple but effective access control solution was extremely important. NFC Code Touch keyboards with NFC fobs met this requirement perfectly - granting and blocking permissions is a matter of a few clicks in the application, and changing locks is no longer necessary.



Maintaining the right climate in the office was another priority for the investor. Thanks to Loxone, the climate is always optimally adjusted, the air is ventilated on a regular basis, allowing employees to focus on their duties.



In such a stylish interior, lighting plays a huge role. DALI lighting, LED strips and phase-dimmable lighting were used. Thanks to this combination, employees always have ideal working conditions, and at the same time an extremely chic interior.



The Loxone system supervises all elements to ensure they function properly, With the Miniserver connected to the management system of the entire office complex, it is also able to detect faults in other offices in the building."
