Smart living in Skalica

The owner of a family house approached us with a request for a complete Loxone intelligent electrical installation. Our goal was to create a complete smart electrical installation with an emphasis on comfort, energy efficiency and safety. One of the client's key requirements was to get an overview of the status and malfunctions of all devices in the house, and we were able to do that thanks to Loxone.

One of the key features was the implementation of zone regulation of underfloor heating and control of blinds, which contributed to the efficient use of energy. The lighting was solved with aesthetics and quality in mind, mainly thanks to fixtures from Loxone and Nowodvorski. The security of the house was ensured by overall monitoring of the condition of the windows and an integrated alarm system. The access system is solved by the NFC Code Touch code keyboard. The system was also extended to the exterior, where we implemented an electric entrance gate, garage door, outdoor lighting, pool lighting and filtration, and conservatory security. The garden is also equipped with a sound system. Loxone also made it possible to monitor and control the status of all devices in the house through a clear system. Permanently powered iPads in frequented areas of the house add to user comfort, they allow the owner easy and immediate access to control all functions using the app. Overall, using a smart system from Loxone, we have created a modern and efficient smart home that fully meets the owner's needs while bringing energy savings and security.
