Challenge
A modern single-family home also requires a modern installation.
An entrepreneur who wanted to realize his dream of owning his own home came to me and asked me to take over the project management of the entire installation. The base plate was due to be poured shortly and there were no final plans yet.
So I was involved in this project at very short notice and met all of the customer's wishes and in some cases even exceeded them.
The customer's previously used smart home solutions were no longer an option for him because he wanted a reliable and easy-to-use system.
I was able to offer him that: thanks to Loxone.

Solution
My experience with Loxone was very positive. I am very enthusiastic and convinced by what Loxone offers. I have equipped the entire house with everything that Loxone offers.
From lighting to shading, presence, audio, alarm, energy management, wall box, heating, etc., I planned, procured and implemented everything within a very short time. I accompanied the project throughout the entire construction period and offered the customer solutions where questions or further requests arose.

All in all, the construction period went very well and both the customer and I are very satisfied. <br /><br /> We are currently in the final stages of being able to move into the chic, ultra-modern single-family home soon. <br /><br /> Further steps for the outdoor area with garden lighting, lawn and flowerbed irrigation, as well as the integrated pool control system are already planned. I am looking forward to continuing our good collaboration.
