The customer wanted to modernize the installation in the apartment with a fire alarm and burglar alarm system. In addition, the individual room control was replaced with Loxone components.

Thanks to the Air technology, the wishes could be easily integrated into the existing infrastructure without great effort. When away, the customer can always see the status of the apartment thanks to app access. In the event of a fire or break-in, they are informed directly.

By renewing the heating control system, valuable energy is saved by lowering the temperature in the rooms while the customer is away. At the same time, the Air technology was used to automate the irrigation of the balcony area.
