Smart home

In addition to lighting, shading and heating, various other functions have been integrated into this complex smart home. This makes the project extremely exciting and it's great to see when all these systems mesh seamlessly.

Lighting:

In addition to various Dali lights, RGBW dimmers from Loxone were also used and a DMX interface for the pool lighting.



Shading:

All blinds are controlled depending on heating/cooling requirements, orientation and position of the sun.



Audio:

Loudspeakers were installed in various rooms and are controlled centrally. This not only ensures the perfect sound, but notifications are also possible.



Heating:

By implementing individual room control, every room can be heated as needed.



Energy:

The house has a spacious PV system. The energy flows are read, visualized and controlled via Modbus. In addition to the boiler, the electricity generated can also be used to supply the two integrated wallboxes.



Pool:

The pool control was implemented with an Aquastar Air and Loxone. Not only can the cover be opened automatically, the water quality is also monitored and the current temperature can be seen at any time.



Irrigation:

An automatic irrigation system was installed in the garden, which waters fully automatically and only when there is no rain. And even the weather forecast is taken into account.



Security:

In addition to an alarm system, fire and water detectors are also installed, which reliably alert in the event of danger.
