Challenge
The client wanted a modern home that combined design, comfort, and functionality – without sacrificing ease of use or efficiency. In addition to fully automated interior controls, the pool, irrigation system, and security systems were also to be intelligently integrated.
Solution
The entire building was networked and automated using a comprehensive Loxone system. Lighting, shading, heating, and cooling work together seamlessly, adjusted to the time of day, weather, and occupancy. Additionally, the pool, garden irrigation, camera surveillance, and the Ubiquiti Wi-Fi system were integrated. This creates a perfectly coordinated overall system that intelligently combines comfort, energy efficiency, and security.
