Challenge
We have already worked as energy consultants for our client. The topic of energy-efficient control of heating and shading came up. We introduced you to the Loxone system. The more we showed possible functions, the more enthusiasm was aroused among customers for a smart home and we ultimately implemented our concept for the builder from a single source.
Solution
The lighting concept was developed and implemented in our company. The convenient control of the many light circuits with dimming functions is the task of the Loxone system. Presence detectors in every room help ensure that you have to carry out lighting and other functions as little as possible.
The blinds on the ground floor and roller shutters on the upper floor are fully integrated in Loxone. This means that the shading can be regulated fully automatically depending on times, room temperatures and sunshine/sun position without the user having to intervene.
The cooking-dining-living area, the bedroom and the bathrooms are equipped with speakers to serve as an alarm, alarm clock, etc. in addition to individual background music.
The Loxone Intercom with NFC Code Touch was implemented as a video intercom system with digital access. Since the entrance doors in the basement have also been integrated, users can leave - and re-enter - their house completely without a key.
In addition, all windows were equipped with window contacts in order to be able to create a safe building envelope for users in addition to the existing presence detectors in each room.
