Challenge
The owner of a family house under construction turned to us with a request to implement a complex intelligent electrical installation of the Loxone brand. Our task was to design and implement a smart electrical installation that would combine comfort, energy efficiency and safety. The client's key requirement was to be able to monitor the status and detect malfunctions of all devices in the house. Thanks to the Loxone system, we have successfully met this requirement.
Solution
Here is an overview of the technologies that were implemented within the project:
1. Blinds: Fully automatic blinds throughout the house, automatic shading, wind protection.
2. Photovoltaics: Connecting the photovoltaic system with the Loxone system, complete production monitoring.
3. Access: DoorBird access intercom integration, electronic locks with biometric detection.
4. Lighting: Dimmable lighting, day and night mode integration.
5. Heating: Zone heating, regulation of a Vaillant gas boiler with the possibility of switching to a wood boiler.
6. Security: Security was implemented using the Jablotron system, fully linked with Loxone.

We perceive smart housing as a logical step in the evolution of living comfort. It brings a higher level of safety, quality and comfort, while enabling cost savings.
