Challenge
Smart Home La Capital is a fabulous apartment in the north of Madrid where the decor has been carefully designed down to the smallest detail. Right angles frame ceilings, carpets, and doors with exquisite taste, creating corners where the owners can relax in complete harmony.
The main objective was to create a perfectly automated home, where lighting, air conditioning, and an alarm system work together to offer the best functionality.
The owners wanted a comfortable home where they could forget about the main daily tasks.

Solution
In this apartment, QR111 lamps were installed for general lighting in all bedrooms and various rooms. Powerful lighting allows for highlighting points on walls, furniture, and cabinets.
Control is via push buttons. In some rooms, a tablet has been installed for general control, from which the lighting ambiance can also be changed, combining different intensities and different lamps.
On the balcony, thanks to the brightness sensor, the lighting is not turned on during the day, but on beautiful summer nights, you can enjoy a drink under the pleasant lights.
Awnings were installed on the balcony and kitchen windows for sun protection, especially in summer. Thanks to the weather station and service installed on the balcony, the awnings retract automatically if a storm is forecast, as well as if it rains or is detected as windy.
Their operation is always subject to providing greater comfort inside and to their self-protection to prevent damage and breakage that is entirely avoidable.
The televisions in the living room and master bedroom are hidden within the cabinet. When you want to watch TV, the remote automatically activates the TV and extends it vertically. Creating a personalized environment, with the ability to customize lighting and blinds, provides an exceptional level of comfort.
If a water leak is detected in the bathroom, the system reacts, shuts off the water supply, and alerts the house staff. Quick action prevents further damage, such as damage to the bathroom's parquet floor.
In the kitchen, an accident or fire can occur in particular. If excessive smoke is detected or, in combination with the temperature sensor, a sharp rise in temperature is detected, the fire alarm will trigger.
