To meet these ambitious expectations, a fully integrated Loxone system was installed that brings together all elements of smart living under one roof:

* Intelligent lighting scenes are controlled via presence sensors in each room. Lights turn on/off automatically based on occupancy and time of day, ensuring energy-efficient operation. For nighttime hours, the system includes a dedicated Night Mode: this mode can be activated manually (e.g., via Touch Pure Flex or the app), after which all motion-triggered lighting automatically shifts to low-brightness levels using select path and ambient lights only.
