To meet the homeowners' high expectations, a fully integrated Loxone system was installed, combining all areas of smart living. Presence sensors automatically control the lighting depending on occupancy and time of day. A special night mode reduces brightness to subtle path and ambient lighting, ensuring safety without disturbing sleep.



Heating and cooling dynamically adapt to room usage and environmental conditions. Window and door sensors prevent unnecessary energy consumption, while Touch Pure Flex controls allow elegant control of lighting, audio, blinds, and room climate.



Access is convenient via an intercom system and an NFC code touch. An intelligent charging station is available for electric mobility, which optimizes charging times based on grid utilization or solar power.



Security is also comprehensively addressed: burglary protection, video surveillance, and smoke and water sensors are integrated and respond with real-time alerts or automatic measures.
