Smart home all inclusive

A new building for a young couple was realized in the beautiful South Tyrolean Sarntal. It was clear to them from the start that they wanted a comprehensive smart home that takes all the elements of modern home automation into account. Everything is operated with a single system and there is no need to switch to another control system, which in turn would mean additional costs.

So a smart home was realized like out of a picture book:



Starting with the simple operation - light, shading and music are operated with a single button and the room temperature is measured at the same time.



The lighting was also implemented: with the RGBW spots, the residents now have every opportunity to give the rooms a special flair with individually adjustable lighting moods. The furniture really comes into its own thanks to beautiful indirect lighting.



The automatic shading helps to protect the rooms from overheating. The access control with intercom was also integrated into the system.



The Touch Surface, invisible under the kitchen worktop and behind the shower wall, can do the same thing as another button and is a highlight in the home.



The custom-made Touch Flex in the dining area can do even more: select your favorite music system playlist, switch on light scenes and quickly open the garage door when friends come to visit.



A special element of this project is the inclusion of the vacuum robot in the home automation: Using an intelligent socket, the power consumption of this device can be read. In this way, the customer knows whether the vacuum robot is currently doing its rounds, is parked or charging. If the vacuum robot is currently active and the alarm system is switched on, the motion detectors in the interior are deactivated, otherwise false alarms will occur.
