Challenge

The customer wanted to implement an automation system to manage the day spa, with the option for customers to book on the website.

Solution

After the client makes a reservation on the website, an access code is created and sent to the customer's mobile phone. Before their arrival at the Loxone day spa, the automation kicks in to heat up the sauna, puts on relaxing music, cools the drinks and sets pleasant lighting. The customer can access the room by entering the sent code into the NFC keyboard.

Loxone was a great fit to implement all the customer's requirement, and, in this case, especially for the ability to connect to the API to create reservation codes.
