Smart Building in Vietnam

Recently, Loxone Partner Eurostellar successfully installed a smart solution for a 7-story building in District 10, Ho Chi Minh City. Within this project, smart features such as multi-touch switches, intelligent lighting, multiroom audio, etc were implemented to create a modern and optimal working environment.

Multi-point Touch switches, intelligent lighting, multiroom audio and other automatic functions such as automated garage gates were installed. Operating these functions is very simple and user-friendly. By downloading the Loxone App, users are able to connect to the smart features and control them directly from their devices. The Loxone App supports Vietnamese users with an intuitive, easy-to-use interface that makes it convenient for everyone.

Loxone Touch switch

With the Loxone Touch switch, users can enjoy simple control over multiple features. The Touch Surface has a fast response speed and allows for the control of lighting, curtains, audio and more. You can control multiple zones at the same time, which is something very few companies can provide. In addition, the design with the buttons imprinted provides a convenient interface and a sense of luxury as it blends into any space without disrupting the interior design or structure.



Automatic gate and Loxone intelligent lighting

Smart automatic gate systems and smart lighting systems were also installed. Users can control the entrance from their phones remotely anytime from anywhere. Whether it's closing the door, opening the door, or turning on and off the light, residents can adjust these features depending on their needs even when they are not at home. Loxone brings convenient comfort to the user experience.
