Smart apartment

The owner of this apartment in Lendelede, West Flanders, wanted a smart apartment without noticing the underlying technology. It all had to be very simple. All functionalities could be automated in this apartment: lighting, multimedia, access, security, climate control ...

The wishes of the end customer corresponded 100% with Loxone's total solution. Thanks to the numerous possibilities of a Loxone installation, we were able to meet every wish of the end customer and we were even able to offer more than expected. We have integrated a whole range of Loxone components such as loudspeakers, spotlights, ceiling lamps, occupancy detectors, weather station and so much more.
