Korzeniowski Apartments
- Country PL, Kraków
- Build year 2020
- Area 120 m2 m²
- LOXONE partner BKW System

Challenge
The two apartments (with a usable area of approx. 120 m2 each) and the one single-family house should enable future household members to implement a comprehensive automation system.
Solution
Loxone dealt with, among other things, the climate - heating, cooling, heat recovery - and the control of the elevator that goes directly to the apartments.
The systems in the three homes know about each other. If an alarm is triggered in one apartment, the other residents will also be notified.
Loxone switches have been installed in every room where temperature and humidity measurements are important.
Each window and entrance door is equipped with wireless opening sensors.
In the basement, Loxone controls the heat recovery, furnace and circulation systems.

The BLOK Architekci design office from Krakow contacted us at the stage of the already-designed investment. The cabling was already partially installed, but after a few hours of talks, we managed to convince the architects to implement the project with Loxone.
