The company Schilz Tortechnik specialises in the sale, installation and complete service of door systems in the industrial and private sectors. Loxone Partner Elektro R. Schmidt GmbH has equipped the office building and warehouse with Loxone intelligent home and building automation.

In the office building and the warehouse the lighting, shading, multiroom audio and heating and cooling are now all controlled with Loxone building automation. In addition, Loxone also manages access control throughout the entire building.

In everyday working life, the right lighting is crucial. With Loxone intelligent lighting, this is easily possible. The different areas automatically adjust to the presence of people and the daytime brightness. The automated smart blinds also react accordingly to the position of the sun to prevent the premises from overheating in summer.

The NFC Code Touch provides access control to the building. Users can be easily managed via the Loxone App, and various (time-limited) access rights can be assigned.

In addition, Smoke Detectors Air devices ensure safety in the building. In the event of an alarm, they send a signal via Loxone Air technology to the Miniserver, which can trigger pre-programmes alarm functions.
