In this unbeatable setting, Loxone has arrived hand in hand with our Silver Partner Juanjo Cuadros from Atos Technology, carrying out the project to automate different elements of the building, such as the climate system or the lighting of the exclusive suite area. From the beginning there was a clear double objective: comfort for customers and ensuring efficiency in energy expenditure.

The automation of climate systems allows temperature control to be much more careful and efficient. Climate is primarily controlled by occupancy, assigning target temperatures before guests arrive.



The hotel has several suites with heated indoor pools, which are also controlled by Loxone. Its operation is configured to save consumption based on reserves.



Loxone allows the indication of the gps coordinates and location of the windows in the configuration software, so that without extra cost in hardware, we have the sunset and sunrise information.



Lighting control allows, above all, not to forget lights turned on unnecessarily and to ensure that there is light in the areas and times that are needed.



Depending on the reservations, hot water is sent to the circuit of the room in question, so it is not necessary that all the circuits are hot when it may be a period of low occupancy. This simple gesture saves energy while maintaining or even increasing comfort.



Having control of the external openings allows that in case of having the heating on, when a window is opened, the target temperature drops, so that it is not spent in an uncontrolled way. Also in summer, with air conditioning.
