Challenge
In this project, all building functions were bundled into a central system. Lighting, access, and other automation solutions are seamlessly integrated and can be controlled uniformly.
Different lighting technologies—from 230V LED to dimmable and switchable luminaires to DALI—were integrated into a common system. This results in maximum flexibility in planning and simple, clear operation in everyday use.
Access control is also fully integrated, ensuring a secure, convenient, and centrally manageable access concept.

Solution
With thorough preparation and close consultation with various suppliers, we were able to bring everything to a fantastic end result. It's always a great moment to hand over a fully automated project to the end user.
We always integrate all our projects with LOXONE. The client had already indicated their preference for LOXONE, and Pixtar was involved in the project as an integrator/Loxone specialist through the electrical installer.
