RIVA Oasis of Calm

The goal was to develop a fully automated wellness concept for the RIVA relaxation oasis, offering guests a high-quality experience without staff. The solution sought would intelligently link booking, access, and all wellness functions, ensuring maximum comfort and seamless operation.

With LOXONE, a fully automated wellness oasis was created that controls the entire process from online booking to the end of the treatment. The system communicates directly with the booking system and allows guests automatic access via a personal access code or card – precisely at their booked time.

Upon entry, a perfectly coordinated wellness scene starts automatically. Lighting, shading, climate control, ventilation, audio, and heat and fragrance control work intelligently together to create a relaxing atmosphere. Soothing voice prompts accompany the treatment, while gentle music and the innovative Medi Stream® lounger complete the wellness experience.

The result is a staff-free wellness solution offering maximum comfort, efficient operation, and an exceptional experience for guests.
