Resort Uhorčík, Terchová

The cottage resort Ilčík, Rajnoha and Uhorčík is located in the beautiful countryside of the Malá Fatra National Park near Terchová. The owner rents the chalets and therefore wanted to have remote access to control the boiler rooms with a history of measured data. This was a total of 3 boiler rooms, one of which contained several heat sources.

Linking the control of individual boiler rooms into one application and remote monitoring was a solution that immediately appealed to the owner. In addition, notifications and email alerts for anomalies such as slow hot water heating or a malfunctioning circulator were other great features that he takes full advantage of. The largest boiler room at Ilcik Cottage houses a total of 3 types of heat sources (2 gas boilers, 1 wood boiler and 1 electric boiler) and 2 storage tanks with a total capacity of 2000 litres. In addition, the hot water heating in the 3 boilers is assisted by a solar system. Also both cottages Ilčík and Rajnoha are connected by a hot water channel, which is buried in the ground and when using the wood boiler for water heating works for heating and hot water in both cottages Ilčík and Rajnoha. The clarity of the controls with statistics is beautifully visualized in the system diagram, which contributes to the ease of checking the status of the individual devices in all the cottages.
