Resort Uhorčík - Terchová

The resort owner wanted to implement boiler room control in combination with zoned room regulation, with the added requirement of remote access. The main goal was to be able to adjust the heating based on room occupancy, and if needed, modify the temperature of central heating (CH) or domestic hot water (DHW). Additionally, the setup involved a relatively complex boiler room, which is connected by a hot water channel to another lodge.

The Loxone system provides complete control of 2 gas boilers, 1 solid fuel boiler, 1 solar thermal system, 1 electric boiler, 5 circulation pumps, 4 zone valves, 2 buffer tanks (1,000 liters each), and 3 water heaters.

All components are clearly visualized in an intuitive application, including a detailed boiler room schematic.
