Lanškroun apartment building

The investor of the building turned to us in the course of designing an apartment building with a request to implement a complex intelligent Loxone electrical installation. Our task was to design and implement a smart electrical installation that provides central heating / cooling control, controlled ventilation, Schindler elevator control, Jablotron security system and DoorBird access system.

Here is an overview of the technologies that were implemented within the project:


1. Blinds: fully automatic blinds, automatic shading, wind protection


2. Heating / cooling: connection and control of the Buderus + Bosch boiler


3. Ventilation: control of the Zehnder ComfoClime ventilation unit using the KNX bus


3. Elevator: NFC Schindler elevator control, support Airbnb operation


4. Security: connected to a certified Jablotron control panel using RS-485


5. Access system: DoorBird access system integration, support Airbnb operation


6. Connection of housing units: support of multiple mini-servers connected via Loxone Trust





Each of these technologies contributes to the creation of a comfortable, energy efficient and safe environment in an apartment building.
