Challenge
The Arc 1950 tourist residences were looking to reduce their energy consumption while improving the comfort of their guests. Energy-hungry equipment such as unit heaters, spas and underfloor heating systems needed to be managed in an optimised way to minimise costs without compromising the customer experience.
Solution
CASAMAST has deployed a BMS solution with Loxone to meet these challenges. This solution makes it possible to :
Monitor and control energy-intensive equipment, such as unit heaters, spas and underfloor heating, to reduce electricity consumption.
Automate customer comfort with intelligent management of lighting, heating and shutters.
Some flats have also been individually equipped, allowing heating and lighting to be adapted according to occupancy, optimising energy efficiency and comfort for each resident.
