Challenge
The owner expressed interest in installing smart lighting and heating as part of a complete renovation of the panel apartment.
Solution
We used a 230V dimmer in the switchboard for dimmable lighting in all the main rooms of the apartment.
The hallways were equipped with Loxone spotlights, as well as the toilet.
For the bathroom we used a Loxone round light with a motion detector.
In the other rooms a classic presence detector was used. All rooms have Touch buttons.
For temperature control we used Loxone Tree heads directly on the radiators.
For security we used a combination of a magnetic contact at the entrance door, Loxone presence sensors, and a Loxone code keyboard.
