Renovation of a family villa

The initial objective of the project was to deploy an automated energy management system, including real-time monitoring of energy production and consumption, as well as the control and monitoring of a heat pump (HP) heating system and an EV Wallbox. As the project progressed, additional functionalities were requested, making the project even more complex. Excellent coordination with the various trades was essential.

To meet the requirements of the energy management system, we opted for the solutions proposed by Loxone, which were perfectly adapted to the constraints of the project. In addition, the versatility of the Miniserver allowed us to integrate additional functionalities, such as indoor climate regulation via the control of underfloor heating valves, automatic shading, as well as the management of sound, lighting and the alarm system.
