Challenge
In the future, when painting is required, the necessary installation will be carried out and it will be expanded with the remaining elements.
Solution
1st.- Automate the lighting of passageways and garage with motion sensors. Place magnetic sensors on the exterior doors and windows. Install IP cameras and the Loxone air alarm siren. With these actions we cover the security part. In addition, climate management was automated, two fan coils through mobbus and underfloor heating through air valves.
2nd.- The shading control (blinds, curtains and awnings) is still pending and all switches must be changed for Touch Pure push buttons.
We commissioned Loxone to automate a single-family home in Terrassa. <br /><br /> The project, the budget, the installation and the commissioning were impeccable. <br /><br /> The air conditioning of the two habitable floors was automated (securing each space with solenoid valves to control the heating circuits), as well as the air conditioning. The lighting was also controlled (automatically switching on and off in the passageways and the parking lot), the pool filter, the blinds, the awnings... as well as the alarm system itself. <br /><br /> Everything has been working perfectly for over a year now. If there has been a small problem, the after-sales service has been excellent and has been solved almost immediately. <br /><br /> With all this, we have gained in comfort and above all we have noticed it in the consumption, both of gas and electricity.
