The challenge lay in creating sleek, minimalist finishes that function fully automatically. The system had to be seamlessly integrated so that operation remains intuitive and the design retains its simplicity and elegance. At the same time, the automation had to be reliable and user-friendly, so that all functions work effortlessly without the need for manual adjustments.

The solution consists of a fully automated system controlled by a LOXONE Miniserver. This seamlessly integrates all of the building's functions, allowing sleek and minimalist finishes to come into their own. The system can operate either fully automatically or manually, ensuring maximum flexibility, ease of use, and control for the user.
