Challenge
This 1500 m2 private villa in Dubai was to be equipped with the benefits of intelligent home and building automation. Thanks to Loxone Partner Attune Transform Technology, the Loxone system now takes over numerous tasks for the residents on a daily basis.
Solution
A total of 5 Miniserver and 4 Audioservers were installed in this private villa. 62 presence detectors provide the right lighting where it is needed. Via the Loxone App, the residents can easily add further lighting scenes at any time. This way, there is the right atmosphere for every occasion. Thanks to the presence detectors, pleasant background music is also played where the residents and guests are at the moment. Via the mounted Touch Pure, the residents can change the lighting mood with just one click and also switch the music on as well as louder or softer. A total of 55 Touch Pure are installed throughout the villa.
In all rooms, the CO2 level is also monitored and regulated accordingly. Another great advantage for the residents is the integration of the air conditioning into the Loxone system. In total there are 28 FCU controlled in this whole Villa. Thus, a pleasant room temperature always remains in the entire building.
An enormous relief for the owners of the villa is also that they do not have to worry about the pool in the garden. The pool incl. salt chlorination system is actually monitored and controlled with Loxone. In addition, the entire garden is automatically watered.
With the access system controlled by Loxone, the safety of the residents is also ensured. So, only authorized persons get access, this can again be set quite uncomplicatedly in the Loxone App. In addition, a CCTV system has been integrated into the Loxone system. This makes it possible to track activities in the Loxone App and no other app is needed.
In case of a blackout, the Power Supply & Backup also takes over the power supply of the Loxone components in the villa.
