Challenge
The owners of this house heard about the Loxone system from a neighbor and decided to get an impression of the system themselves during a showroom tour in Waschenbeuren.
Solution
Lighting, shading, the access system and more are controlled by the intelligent home and building automation with Loxone.
The residents' favorite function is clearly the automatic shading. This depends on the position of the sun and the measured indoor temperature in order to prevent the rooms from overheating in summer. In winter, natural heat is used efficiently for heating. The Touch Tree and Touch Pure Tree, which are discreetly integrated into the house, have integrated temperature and humidity sensors. These transmit the data to the mini server, whereupon the system reacts accordingly.
The LED spots create a pleasant atmosphere in the rooms. Thanks to the presence detectors, the lighting is only switched on where someone is currently located. The staircase lighting in particular contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the house. Additional lighting moods can be added at any time using the Loxone app to create the right mood for different occasions. The lighting mood can be easily changed with just one click in the middle of the Touch or Touch Pure. The controls also enable manual control of shading and audio.
Access to the house was achieved using the intercom in conjunction with the NFC Code Touch. Residents can enter the house using NFC Key Fob, NFC Smart Tag or by entering a code. Assigning time-limited codes, for example while residents are away on vacation, is easily possible using the Loxone app. In addition, the Loxone app immediately shows who is at the door as soon as the intercom rings.
