Smart apartment Soria 2025

The smart home project was implemented in a ground-floor apartment with a terrace. The client contacted us after a negative experience with another provider who failed to meet the installation start date. Their main objective was to improve home comfort by automating the lighting, blinds, and heating. Initially, they envisioned a basic home automation solution, but after learning about the automation potential offered by our proposal, they decided to expand the project's scope.

We designed and implemented a complete automation solution with Loxone that included:



- Automated lighting in the living room, master bedroom, kitchen, and hallway (with dimming in the hallway and on/off control in the rest).



- Automated blinds in all rooms (four bedrooms, living room, and kitchen with two blinds).



- Presence sensors in all main rooms.



- Touch Surface in the kitchen for controlling countertop lights and blinds.



- Touch controls in bedrooms for lighting and/or blind control, as needed.



- Integrated security system with IP cameras on both terraces and an exterior siren connected to an alarm. Window and door contacts are also included.



- Access control via intercom and NFC code touch at the apartment entrance, also integrating with the building's main entrance.



- Touch Pure Flex in the hallway as a centralized control point.



- Storage room connection via a door contact linked to the alarm system.



- Flood control in the kitchen and bathrooms. - Customizable modes such as "Travel Mode," "Away Mode," "Night Mode," and "Deep Sleep."



The entire installation was customized to the client's specific needs, exceeding the system's default settings.
