Challenge
The main and initial objective of the home was to have a total security system for the apartment itself, as well as to have a completely automated control of the lighting, air conditioning and shading system.
Solution
The Miniserver Go was installed on the floor to be able to obtain all the available functions offered by the system.
Different Nano IO Air contacts and Touch Air buttons have also been installed that are also powered by Nano IO.
In the kitchen, the oven and hob are controlled, allowing them to be turned off automatically, as well as a smoke detector to avoid possible risks.
For automatic shading, Geiger Air blind motors have been installed and allow the positioning of the blinds depending on the sun situation.
Home security was very important from the beginning. Therefore, they have an intrusion alarm thanks to an Air Door Contact and Air Presence Detectors. In addition, a fire alarm and intrusion alarm have also been installed in all rooms.
The access control of the home is through the NFC at the entrance.
