Challenge
The aim of the project was to create a 24/7 collection point for an online shop using Loxone. Access, lighting, multimedia and process control were to be fully controlled via the Loxone system.
Solution
To achieve this goal, a comprehensive concept was developed that links all the necessary components together. Access to the pick-up station is via digital codes that are generated and verified in real time. The lighting is automatically adjusted to create a pleasant atmosphere. The multimedia elements create a wow effect when entering the pick-up area and ensure a pleasant mood. The use of the LED pendulum and the Loxone spots provide additional accent lighting. The text-to-speech option provides additional support for the customer during the pick-up process. The process control ensures a smooth and efficient process for customers and employees.
By implementing the Loxone system, the pick-up station was made efficient and user-friendly. Customers can pick up their orders around the clock without having to depend on opening hours. The system also offers a high level of security, as access is only granted to authorized persons. Overall, the project has helped to increase customer satisfaction and increase efficiency in the pick-up process.
