Nursing home Murrhardt

A nursing home for day and long-term care with 103 resident rooms, penthouse apartments, a hairdressing salon, wellness area and much more is currently being built in Murrhardt, Baden-Württemberg - controlled by Loxone. The project is being implemented by the Loxone Flagship Platinum Partner Clever2Smart. In particular, the area "Ambient Assisted Living" is in the foreground here.

The lighting is started automatically by presence detectors in the residents' rooms in the entrance area and under the bed. The shading in the form of curtains is also integrated fully automatically via the Nano2Relay, as is the ventilation in the bathrooms. The lighting control is solved via the Loxone DALI Extension.
