Paint brush factory

The order involves the installation of a traditional electrical system, without any form of remote - automatic control regarding lighting, climate management, safety and energy saving in a 7000 m2 building used as a warehouse, offices and production of paint brushes and rollers.
The project includes lighting with standard LED ceiling lights controlled only from two points, without being able to manage multiple or simultaneous switching on.
The heating installed is underfloor, distributed on 26 manifolds with solenoid valves controlled by traditional room thermostats.
The opening of windows and shed domes is foreseen via push-button open-close commands with traditional relays.
There is no perimeter security system, nor access control nor monitoring of energy consumption.

Compared to what was planned, we recommended installing a system that was dynamic and as scalable as possible, capable of being able to control each component and its general status both on site and remotely. For example, for the lighting part, it was possible to generate numerous scenarios, guaranteeing the right lighting for every situation and at the same time a significant increase in consumption efficiency compared to a traditional system.
As regards to air conditioning, especially in heating, we opted to proceed with zone control by temperature detection, rather than piloting a normal room thermostat. This meant more precise management of the zones and the possibility of using different scenarios and programming over time depending on the customer's needs.
Finally, it was possible to offer the client infinite possibilities for monitoring electricity consumption, the state of the system and also multiple remote control functions.
