Spacio4 Real Estate Office

The objective was to create an office that was automated in many of its tasks and thus be able to have comprehensive control of many functions.

With Loxone, we were able to deliver a fully automated installation. For example, the air conditioning is intelligently controlled based on presence in different rooms - it only activates where it’s needed. Music automatically plays when the first team member arrives in the morning, thanks to the NFC Code Touch and the Audioserver. The illuminated sign also responds to real-time conditions: using data from the weather station, it lights up when outdoor light levels are low.



Staff can open the entrance door from any workstation using the nearby Touch buttons. The sinks operate without switches and activate alongside the extractor fan when presence is detected. One specific request was to monitor and control access, temperature, and humidity in a particular room in the office. We implemented this so they have full visibility of what’s happening in the space - including if anyone has entered.
