Office with an attached factory and warehouse

The conversion of a former butcher's shop into a modern, smart office with an attached factory and small warehouse presented particular challenges. The existing building structure required a flexible and scalable solution that enabled seamless integration of the building technology.



A contemporary working environment was to be created. The focus was on energy-efficient lighting, smart control of the factory and office areas, and future-proof automation for maximum comfort and safety requirements.



With the Loxone system, we were able to implement an optimal solution that meets the diverse requirements of this unique project.

For the office, which includes an attached factory for control cabinet construction, a small warehouse, and a secure lock for 24/7 supplier deliveries, a comprehensive solution meeting all requirements was implemented using the Loxone system.



A special focus was on lighting: different lighting scenes with presence-dependent constant light control always ensure the perfect light at the workstations, which meets the requirements of the activities and at the same time is easy on the eyes.



The presence-dependent temperature control optimizes energy use and reduces operating costs without compromising on comfort. Access for employees and suppliers was also professionally implemented with Loxone. The lock enables suppliers to deliver safely and flexibly around the clock - thanks to individual access codes that can be assigned as required and limited in time. This not only ensures a high level of security, but also uncomplicated logistics.



In addition, the Loxone audio system integrates smart sound that transforms both the office and production areas into a modern, networked work environment. Thanks to the flexible and scalable automation solution, the building is not only efficient but also prepared for future requirements - the Loxone system can grow with the company and its changing requirements.
