Challenge
Our long-standing customer, a rustic Upper Palatinate wellness hotel with 4 stars superior and its own brewery, planned this wellness temple to be able to offer its guests an even more pleasant stay.
Our task was to make the control of the various trades as seamless as the customer was already used to from us in their existing building.

Building automation that responds perfectly in all situations, with as little manual intervention as possible. That is what we expect from our automation solutions.
In this wellness building, the lighting, audio, heating, shading and access systems were implemented in such a way that no manual intervention by the hotel staff is required. The lighting responds with the appropriate lighting situation at any time of day. The doors unlock automatically during opening hours and soothing sounds can be heard from the Install Speaker 7, which have been modified and calibrated by a professional audio company. The idyllic sounds are only interrupted when the customer invites people to one of their building-wide parties and the DJ plays the same music on all Audioservers, or when the fire alarm system reports an alarm.
