Nardovegen 12-14

The Nardovegen 12-14 project in Trondheim, Norway, aims to construct 724 student housing units across four eight-story buildings, totaling 25,100 m². The primary challenge is to implement an advanced building automation system that ensures energy efficiency, optimal indoor climate, and seamless integration of various control systems to provide a comfortable and sustainable living environment for students.

Witana is delivering comprehensive building automation solutions for Nardovegen 12-14, including intelligent lighting control systems that adjust illumination based on occupancy and natural light levels, automated solar shading to manage heat gain and enhance indoor comfort, and integrated climate and ventilation controls to maintain air quality and temperature. Additionally, we are providing efficient heating regulation, energy monitoring through an Energy Monitoring System (EMS), and automation for the energy and customer centers, ensuring cohesive management of the building's energy consumption and operational efficiency.
