The show house Ambition 157 W can be visited from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In the Ambition W show house, Loxone Smart Home technology ensures that up to 50,000 actions are taken from the residents every year. The smart home reacts automatically to environmental influences and thus adapts to the circumstances. For example, lighting and shading depend on the time of day and the incidence of light. In summer, the automatic shading prevents the rooms from overheating, while in winter the natural heat is used for heating. The Loxone technology not only provides more comfort in your own four walls, but also helps to reduce energy costs. In addition to multimedia, the access system and the alarm system were also implemented with Loxone.
