Modernization of Hotel KOLLER

Hotel KOLLERs wanted to modernize the entire kitchen, restaurant and bar area, combining maximum functionality with modern design.



The lighting needed to be automatically adjusted depending on the time of day and the occasion, the music system needed to be optimally integrated and the energy management of the entire hotel operation needed to be efficiently monitored.



It was also important that all systems could be easily controlled via a central platform.

Thanks to Loxone, we were able to combine all requirements in one system.



The lighting in the restaurant area was implemented with over 200 DALI light points and various time-dependent scenarios - whether for cleaning in the morning or for a romantic dinner.



The music systems in the wellness, restaurant and bar areas were centrally controlled and integrated into the existing system to enable seamless control of all areas. In addition, an access system for the hotel entrance and supplier access was installed via the Loxone intercom.
