During the energy renovation of the office building, the heating systems in the offices were also considered. These were equipped with conventional thermostats, which were not accessible due to the way the desks were positioned and were therefore always on the highest level.



The lighting and shading were controlled manually, so that energy was wasted unnecessarily there too.



Access was via a normal key, there were different transponders for time recording and the e-charging stations, which should be standardized.



The 20 e-charging stations on site charged the vehicles at high power regardless of the surplus power. In winter, it often happened that the charging process had already ended before the sun could provide enough power via the PV system.

A total of 3 mini servers control all of the customer's desired functions. In the offices, heating and lighting are controlled by presence detection, and the shading now also works automatically.



Employees can now use NFC key fobs to access the building (via NFC Code Touch) and to record time. The main entrance is also time-controlled.



The electric charging stations now charge with the surplus power, but can be switched to full power using the NFC key fob, even if there is not enough surplus.
