Modern detached house

The client desired a smart building that would independently optimize the indoor climate, shading, and lighting, thereby significantly simplifying daily life. The entire system was to be as low-maintenance as possible, so Loxone Tree components were used extensively. Throughout the project, the client's individual wishes and requirements were consistently considered and implemented. Despite the short timeframe of only a few weeks between the start of planning and the start of construction, the project was successfully completed. We provided the prefabricated house company with our complete electrical design as a CAD file to ensure the smoothest possible installation. Furthermore, the heat pump supplied by the home builder was fully integrated into the system. The result is a comfortable, safe, and future-proof living environment.

Indoor climate control, central lighting control, and weather station data are all integrated. The collected weather data is used to precondition the heat pump and also for automatic shading.



The lighting is controlled via dimmer extensions and Loxone spotlights, which can be switched manually or automatically via presence detection. The energy management system also integrates the inverter and the heat pump. An access control system with code touch functionality and an integrated intercom solution was implemented, further enhancing comfort and security. LeafTree ventilation units are integrated via the Tree interface.



The smart home also includes switchable outdoor sockets, dimmable stair railings, and monitoring of the wood-burning stove.
